Architectural Shingle Re-Roof
A working shop set among open fields and tree lines. The worn roof was removed and replaced with CertainTeed Landmark in Burnt Sienna, restoring the building to a condition worthy of the land around it.
Scope of work
Complete tear-off of the existing roof, down to the decking
Decking inspected and repaired where needed before any new work began
New underlayment, starter course and CertainTeed Landmark shingles installed as one complete manufacturer system
New ridge caps along the full length of the ridge
Materials
Roofing: CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles
Color: Burnt Sienna
Details worth noting
A warm, earthy color that sits naturally against pasture and tree line
A long, uninterrupted ridge line and even courses across broad roof planes
Restored and refreshed: a working building that looks cared for again
