An estimate or proposal does not constitute a contract for work until accepted in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement.

Specific project terms, scopes of work, payment requirements, warranties, exclusions, and other conditions may be provided in the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, or other project documentation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control with respect to that project.
